Shipping & Dispatch

We dispatch samples and production orders daily via DHL Express from our facility in Bali. DHL collects every working day, with tracking numbers provided within one working day of collection.

Delivery Timeframes

Once your order is packed and collected by DHL, typical delivery times are:
  • Australia: 3–4 business days
  • United States: 4–5 business days
  • Europe & UK: 4–5 business days
  • Southeast Asia: 2–3 business days
  • Middle East: 4–5 business days (security surcharge applies — see below)

Shipping Costs

Samples

The base rate is approximately USD 150 to send 10 samples to most international locations, including insurance up to the value of the packing list. DHL applies a 46% fuel and handling surcharge to all international shipments. This is set by DHL and is outside our control.

Production Orders

Production orders are packed in cartons of 36 × 58 × 46 cm, typically 20–25 kg per box. The base rate for 300 garments to Australia, the US, or Europe is approximately USD 600. Final rates depend on actual weight, volume, and destination. The 46% DHL fuel and handling surcharge applies here as well.
These are estimates only. Final rates are confirmed at the time of dispatch.

Import Duties

While PT King Trading holds a Tax-Free Bonded licence for importing fabrics into Indonesia, import duties and taxes at your destination country are your responsibility and vary by country. In most cases:
  • Duty: 10% on ladies’ synthetic or natural clothing
  • Plus local import tax and VAT/GST, depending on your country
We recommend contacting your local DHL or FedEx office to confirm the applicable rates for your product category before placing your first order.

Middle East Security Surcharge

DHL applies an additional USD 33 security surcharge per shipment to the following destinations: Afghanistan, Bahrain, Congo, Haiti, Iraq, Israel, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, UAE, and Venezuela. This surcharge is set by DHL and is outside our control.

Sending Goods to Us

Due to the complexity of importing goods into Indonesia, please contact us before sending anything to our facility. If you send items without consulting us first and encounter customs issues, our ability to assist is limited.
Accessories & Trims
Import tax will be payable before goods can be cleared by Indonesian customs and delivered to us. Contact us first, and we will guide you through the process.
Fabrics
Please do not send fabrics to us directly. We are required to purchase and import all fabrics using our Tax-Free licence and cannot accept fabric shipments from clients. Contact us before purchasing any fabric, and we will assist with the importation process.
Arraging a Pickup
To send goods to us, please provide the following so we can review your packing list, make any necessary corrections, and organise collection using our DHL account or yours:
  • Number of articles and material composition
  • Value per piece and total value
  • Supplier contact details
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your delivery address, postcode, and active mobile number are correct before we dispatch. If DHL attempts delivery more than once without success, your package will be returned to Bali. Reshipment costs cannot be reversed and are your responsibility.
