Shipping

To ensure fast and reliable delivery of any order, we offer a complete logistical service, working directly with FedEx and DHL. Both arrive daily at our office, picking and dropping off packages, samples, and production orders in 2-5 working days from when the goods are ready for dispatch. We also assist with export paperwork and provide all necessary customs documentation for your shipments, helping to make the export process as smooth as possible for your brand.

Regular dispatches run to all ports in Australia, the United States including California, Florida and Hawaii, the UK, the EU, Asia and the Middle East, typically arriving within 3 to 5 working days.

Samples or Bulk PO’s

Once we have dispatched your sample or production orders, we will provide you with the tracking number.

Samples

The approx. cost to send ten samples to most overseas locations, USD 150.

Production

Your Production is dispatched in boxes 36 x 58 x 46cm, from 20-25 Kilos per box.
On average, 300 items to AUS, USA or EU cost USD 600.

Please ensure your address, postcode & active mobile phone number are correct.
If the courier tries to deliver more than once, your package will be sent back to Bali. This is expensive and cannot be undone.

Notes

Even though we have a tax-free certificate for importing fabrics into Indonesia, you will still need to pay import tax and duties when your order arrives in your country. These charges vary by country, so we cannot predict them, and they are your responsibility.

You can find out the approximate import costs for your country by contacting your local DHL or FedEx office. Ask them about the tax for ladies’ synthetic or natural clothing, depending on what you plan to import.
In most cases, duty is 10%, plus import tax and VAT (or GST).

Sending Packages to Us

Because importing into Indonesia can be complex, we strongly suggest you contact us before sending anything. We will arrange the pickup using our courier account or yours.

Requesting Sample Pickup

To request a sample pickup, please give us a detailed description of the samples, including:

  • Number of articles
  • If any Accessories
  • Material composition
  • Value per piece
  • Total units and total value

Please fill out a packing list with this information. We will check your details, make any corrections, and arrange the pickup.

Notes

  • Import fees are chargeable upon arrival in Bali.
  • If you send items without talking to us first and have problems, we may not be able to help much. It is important to let us handle all goods in transit so everything goes smoothly.
