Our Manufacturing Divisions
PT King Trading operates two dedicated manufacturing divisions for swimwear and activewear, both produced under the same technical standards within our Kerobokan facility.
Each division focuses on its own construction methods and production requirements while operating within the same systems and quality controls. This keeps communication clear, speeds up decision-making, and maintains an organised workflow aligned with the type of product being developed.
Swimwear
Swimwear Bali focuses exclusively on the assembly of swimwear, using recycled nylon sourced from REPREVE® in the US and Carvico in Italy. These fabrics are stocked on site in a wide range of trending colours, allowing brands to move directly into production without waiting weeks or more for additional fabric imports.
For collections using digital prints, printing is handled by specialist overseas partners, with printed fabrics flown into Bali weekly. This ensures accurate colour results, consistent print placement, and stable production timelines across the range.
Activewear
Activewear Bali handles the assembly of movement-focused products, including gym, pilates, padel, and athleisurewear.
Production is built around recycled performance fabrics sourced from Korea and the United States, covering both compression styles and more flexible options. These fabrics are held in stock on site and replenished regularly, ensuring colours remain current and production does not rely on leftover materials.
This allows styles to move directly into production once confirmed, without delays from fabric imports. Printing is applied selectively, with digital and sublimation work handled by specialist partners in line with production schedules.
