Our role is to take your designs and produce them accurately, consistently, and on time. We focus on what actually matters at production level — fit, fabric, construction, and finishing.
Designs are prepared digitally, resolved through sampling, and then assembled by teams who understand performance garments. Because fabrics are stocked and systems are established, most collections can move forward without delays or last-minute changes.
For brands looking for a faster starting point, we also offer ready-to-order designs that are already fitted, graded and production-ready. These allow you to move straight into production, with the option to apply your own colours, prints and branding.
This approach works just as well for first collections as it does for brands producing at scale.
What we Assemble
We assemble swimwear and activewear for a wide range of brands, from early-stage start ups to established international labels. Our teams are experienced in working with both small and large production runs, supporting collections that require consistency across multiple styles, colours and sizes.
Our swimwear assembly is focused exclusively on recycled nylon constructions designed for fit, comfort and durability. Activewear capability covers gym, Pilates, Padel and athleisurewear, using both compression fabrics for support-focused garments and flexible fabrics for movement-based styles.
Technical Capability
All patterns are prepared digitally using 2D AutoCAD. This allows us to maintain clean grading, accurate panel shapes and predictable sizing across collections. Digital pattern workflows help reduce variation and ensure each style follows the intended fit before production begins.
Our technicians specialize in stretch-performance garment construction. This experience allows us to maintain seam quality, fabric recovery and structural consistency across different garment types and order volumes.
Material and Supply Capability
One of our strongest capabilities is fabric readiness. We keep large stocks of imported recycled nylon for swimwear and recycled Korean and American performance fabrics for activewear, all held on site in a wide range of trending colours.
Because these fabrics are already in Bali, brands are not required to wait for new imports before production can begin. This removes the typical four to six week fabric lead time and allows us to move into assembly as soon as designs are approved.
Printing Capability
We support both digital and sublimation printing on synthetic performance fabrics. While printing is not carried out inside our facility, we work with specialist overseas partners who produce high-accuracy prints using advanced systems.
Printed fabrics are flown into Bali weekly. This approach gives brands reliable colour accuracy, consistent placement and stable timelines without compromising print quality.
Quality and Export Readiness
Quality control is treated as a capability rather than a final step. Garments pass through multiple inspection stages to ensure measurements, seam strength and finishing meet export standards.
Finished orders are prepared with barcodes, branding and fabric hang tags as required, packed using biodegradable bags and organised for export. This ensures each shipment is clean, traceable and ready for distribution on arrival.
